Built efficient pricing models for convertible bonds using a novel neural network approach

- Competed as part of a team in the competitions' liquidity and British Petroleum Commodity Cases.- Competed individually in the competitions' algorithmic trading case. The algorithm was required to assess the profitability of large public tender orders, and to accept or reject these orders accordingly. In addition to this, the algorithm was required to offload large orders in such as way as to minimise adverse price affects. The algorithm also successfully hedged currency risk when accepting these orders, and identified and traded in profitable arbitrage opportunities in the currency market.
