• Lead administrator of a student conference (which the charity led) for 140 students from 8different nationalities.
• Overhauled the risk management approach to reflect the current legal landscape, resultingin zero serious incidents in six years (food safety, risk assessments, child protection policy)
• Ran a training programme for 7 volunteers focused on leadership and effectiveness.
