• Led a small team which successfully tested, deployed and ramped a mixed fleet of 39 automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in a greenfield factory environment from receipt of vehicles to over 4,500 deliveries/day, over 250k fleet miles, and providing $8.5M in annual OpEx savings. • Lead project manager on multiple material flow projects totaling over $36M in CAPEX including conveyor, lift, Automated Storage & Retreival System (ASRS), shuttle, and AGV technologies. • Lead project manager who successfully deployed a Drive Unit (DU) conveyance system built to support 13k DU/wk production rates. The project involved integrating with existing production equipment and I coordinated all integrations to existing production equipment in a single 12-hour downtime. Other small integrations were performed simultaneously while running production.• Lead project manager & material flow system designer for Drive Unit conveyance at new production facilities in Berlin, Germany & Austin, TX.
