CurrentPrimary duties involve fit-up, equipment planning and transition planning for construction projects at Torrance Memorial Medical Center that involve moving departments into newly constructed or remodeled/renovated spaces. Work closely with TMMC staff, especially clinical staff, plus architects, contractors, inspectors and vendors to prepare spaces for occupancy, transition into the new space, ensure smooth hand-off of spaces to the facility, and proper decommissioning of vacated spaces.- Lundquist Tower, 390,000-sq-ft new hospital tower, Patient Move Day successfully completed November 2014.- Decommissioning of vacated spaces created by the move to Lundquist Tower. Created and managed multiple Employee Sales and coordinated donations of medical equipment to entities such as LA County Animal Control and a substantial donation of approximately 500 furniture items to Habitat For Humanity.- Reactivation of Med/Surg overflow unit in formerly vacated space, completed June 2016- Relocation of Mother Baby unit to remodeled space, completed October 2016- Reactivation of Med/Surg unit in formerly vacated space, completed November 2017- Relocation of NeoNatal Intensive Care Unit to remodeled space, completed August 2018- Relocation of Pediatric & Adolescent Unit to remodeled space, completed October 2018- Relocation of off-site cancer care practice to new Hunt Cancer Center, completed December 2019
