• Review all monthly local & export forecasts for locally manufactured & imported finished goods.
• Monthly review of unplanned demand for export & local markets within the firm forecast period
• Facilitated Pre-SOP process with Account Management, Brand, Legal/Regulatory,Finance stakeholders in Australia and New Zealand.
• Adherence to the monthly planning process (MRP)
• Accountable for placement & management of orders to vendors from MRP lists
• Participation & accountability in new product introduction process for imported finished goods (IFG’s) and manufactured finished goods (MFG's)

• Management of day, afternoon & night shift process lines filling and packing sterile filled theatre packsfor use in Australia & rest of the world markets.
• Management of Health and Safety of up to 40 production operators and 4 Fitters, while maintaining an international standard sterile environment.
• Management of all shift HR issues including development of a performance culture in the operator team, ensuring KPIs are met.
• Planning & implementation of staff development including training on new processes & procedures.
• Conducting quarterly team meetings to provide clarity around strategic direction, regular 1:1 performance appraisals & delegation of responsibilities.
• Ensures all systems and processes are in line with company, legislative & quality requirements.
