Superintendent responsible for the Critical Interiors Trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Telecom, Security, and AV) for a Stadium Addition / Renovation Project for the Texas Christian's University Amon G Carter Football Stadium

Assistant Superintendent for a three-story Colocation Data Center of 400,000 gross sq. ft. with space for approximately 179,000 sq. ft. of white floor space and a full capacity of 32MW with N+1 redundancy. Responsible for overseeing schedule, delivery, logistics, safety, quality control and trade employee staffing levels in order to execute and coordinate project operations to ensure completion of the project safely, as-designed, on-time and on-budget with complete knowledge of all contracts, subcontract documents, drawings and specifications, show drawings, schedules, labor agreements and local codes.

MEP Engineer for multiphase Data Center, each phase of the buildout being 32MW. I am responsible for the management and integration of the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection/Alarm and Telecom subcontractors and coordination with the Civil, Structural, and Architectural trades. My duties include preparation and review of submittals and RFIs, validation and processing of change orders and pay applications, coordination and implementation of contract documents and design changes into construction, and administration of closeout documentation and final payment.

MEP Engineer and Procurement for a Tier III, ICREA IV Data Center. Managed the RFPs, Levelling, and Procurement of the Long Lead Equipment, to include: LV Switchboards and Distribution, MV Switchgear and Transformers, Rooftop Units, PDUs, UPS, Transfer Switches, Generators, and Equipment Skids. Managed the design development, procurement and engineering process for the MEP trades throughout the pre-construction process.

Responsible for the procurement of MEP equipment including the following:- Maintain current templates for RFP, Delivery Management, Quality Control, and Project Management Documents- Coordination Electrical and Mechanical equipment purchasing, manufacture and delivery with the project team- Solicit/Ensure timely issuance, and execution of Purchase Orders (PO’s), Subcontracts, Service Agreements, etc., and understand terms and scope of each- Implement purchasing and risk management policies and procedures. - Review Vendor pay requests and contract change management- Manage and maintain Supply Chain Analytics on Vendors and perform regular supplier reviews

Responsible for the procurement of MEP equipment including the following:- Maintain current standard product scopes and checklists on the Logistics Supply Chain Application.- Review and ensure bid lists are comprised of pre-qualified vendors.- Review, assemble, issue and expedite contracts to fulfillment.- Provide technical assistance and guidance to Construction Project teams and local Logistics Managers.- Maintain current templates for RFP documents (including product scopes, risk management tools, responsibility matrices, and checklists) on the Logistics Supply Chain Application.- Assist the Logistic Managers in the soliciting of vendor pricing and assists Supply Chain Product Managers in evaluating all bids.- Train & maintain vendor use of Supply Chain Management Application.- Assist Supply Chain Product Manager in monitoring and maintaining vendors’ supply chain dynamics
