• In the role of Logistics Manager, responsibilities included the successful tracking and management of all sandstone movement (30,000 block movements) from initial quarrying to final placement along Sydney’s newest.
• Development and implementation of industry first tracking application to monitor all sandstone block movement
• First point of contact during development process when liaising with software developers to build application on time and under budget.
• Successful rollout of software including training of key personnel on sandstone logistics team
• Tracking, tagging, grading and storage of all sandstone blocks from onsite quarry
• Daily project KPI’s reporting to senior management

• Main point of contact for all clients and suppliers; liaising with both on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of company. Clients include: Jetstar Airways, Tiger Airways, Privat Air, Zuki, The Blackrock Clinic
• Responsible for providing leadership, motivation and strategic direction to a multifaceted team
• Implementing and managing designated projects; assuming full responsibility and accountability for each project and managing them from initiation to closeout
• Streamlining operational procedures and production processes, improving efficiency and minimising costs. Successfully managing multiple projects concurrently within budget and on schedule
