CurrentMiskolc Holding Local Government Asset Management Corporation As IT director my responsibilities with 40 specialists are:- IT strategic plannig for the whole city's institutions system; full IT service for the Holding and its 8 own companies, Mayor's Office and 11 Miskolc city owned companies;- managing and developing 2 datacenters; ~240 servers; 16km own optical network; and the whole urban camera network with ~900 cameras; full it and helpdesk services for 2400 endusers;- developing web and desktop, mobile apps, application management and operation (financial system, ERP, documentum management etc.);Key projects and programs:- Application consolidation, unified operation processes, technologies, IT security enhancements; unified dev technologies;- Implementation of the DTR (Digital Transformation) program at the corporate group level, establishing hardware and service infrastructure necessary for the creation of digital business processes and services;- Establishment of a platform that includes PKI technology, document editing and approval, and content management functions, at the corporate group level;- Archiving services that ensure long-term preservation and automatic re-certification;- Implementation of a management monitoring system based on PowerBI; Integration of 30 data source systems and additional services, ~60 report packages comprising ~230 report screens;- Comprehensive, process-level assessment of the current enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and associated services at the corporate group level;Introduction of the ISO 27001 system.Pilots: Assessment of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) opportunities at the corporate group level, implementation with UiPath.Evaluation of unified CRM application opportunities at the corporate group level; establishing unified CRM foundations.Corporate Social Responsibility: Implementation and introduction of an IT dual education system in cooperation with the Kandó Kálmán IT Technicum.
