I am the first point of contact to Sarasin & Partners on the support & maintenance of the Wealth Portal and managing all related tasks (bug fixing, new releases etc.).Main activities: ● Provide support to the client in handling posted change requests, bugs and evaluating their effect on the Wealth Portal● Supporting the work of the PM & Development Lead● Engaging in client follow-up meetings to ensure transparent deployment scope● Creating the structure of transparent request handlingI am also working on implementing the limit order handling functionality for another Wealth Portal client, Magyar Bankholding Ltd, who are utilising our self-service investment and advisory tools.Main activities:● Discovery of requirements with our client’s relevant stakeholders● Writing specification● Coordinating UX design & developer tasks from several inner departments● Presenting the functionality to internal stakeholders & client● Tools: PL/SQL Developer, Clavis IC4, BitbucketOther responsibilities I have taken on within our Product Management team:● Leading topics internal development tasks from our product roadmap (e.g., MiFID module) as a Product Owner from design, identifying business needs & use cases, consulting/organizing developer tasks, cost management● Consulting with internal stakeholders to enhance efficient internal operation● Taking part in internal workshops (shifting to product-oriented operation & internal flows)

I took on Product Manager responsibilities on the award-winning ESG Wealth Portal module we have developed with Sarasin & Partners from initial discovery meetings with our client to rolling out the functionality:● Writing detailed specification including technical aspects & UX design preferences● Devising scalable json data structures● Organizing development tasks, resource & cost management● First point of contact to Sarasin & Partners on this functionality● Tools: Miro, Invision, JIRA, Confluence, MantisI also took the lead on a functionality aimed to enhance the Transactions display with a further drill down dimension:● Leading client meetings● Handling UX & developer tasks● Writing json structure & specification that aligned with the already in place transaction pages● Handling clients request, bugs during UAT testingI was responsible for several modules of our Wealth Portal as a Product Owner:● Making sure new developments and requirements from different clients are incorporated into these functionalities without issues or disruption to existing features● Detailed demos to potential clients on these functionalities

Taking part in the first phase of implementing our Wealth Portal product for Sarasin & Partners, a leading UK discretionary wealth manager, focusing on sustainable investments. In this project we rolled out the main functionalities of the product on desktop & native apps. My main responsibilities included discovery, scoping and gap analysis for a few sections of the portal, including our Document management and News pages.Main activities:● Taking part in client meetings● Writing functional specifications, test cases● Manual testing of functionalities & API data streams (via Postman / Swagger)● End-to-end function creation from UX to rolled out functionality● Used tools: JIRA, Confluence, Testlink

As a Financial Officer of a fast growing e-commerce startup, I was responsible for preparing P&L statements, CF projections and supporting/planning efficient cash management. I was cooperating with the accounting department to ensure compliance with regulations.

Working for a leading firm in end-of-arming tooling. Got insights into how a growing stage startup works, what challenges they face, how can they improve processes. Main roles: supporting accounting, handling invoices, helping in recruitment, maintain office supplies and help other departments with ad-hoc tasks.

As the Head of Business Department I was responsible for all the projects, workshops, inner lectures organised to give relevant knowledge about enrepreneurship to the InCube members. Apart from operative daily work and organising weekly events I was the Head Coordinator of two of our main events. First was when we organised a startup event for business students from the Netherlands, the latter being the presentation of József Váradi, Wizz Air CEO, for a crowd of 500 people.

As a team member in both areas, I had the oppurtunity the get insights into two exciting sections. I gathered experience in how to communicate to the outside and to the inner members. I also took part in several business meetings, and supported organising business events to the InCube members.

Laying down the main principles and structure of the newly formed InCube Student Organisation. Taking part in weekly meetings and helping in making our first public presentation and first admission process to gather new members.

My task was mainly to assist the work of the Senior Analysts. During this period, I was responsible for gathering information for the market research, assisting the operative work, making presentation samples etc. On the other hand, for the second phase of my work, I was assigned to complete market researches as well as writing all the parts of the business plan (from the business modell to the financial plan). In this five month, I have gathered significant knowledge about several industries (from mobile applications through high-end fashion) and learned how to work in a team to complete projects on a strict deadline.
