Managed software team development work for Ethernet switching product, the team consisted of BSP, DIAGS, BIOS, SDK, NOS, SVT. Worked with ecosystem partners to align the roadmap and strategy.

Managed Ethernet switch JDM+ (a.k.a whitebox) products. Worked with ecosystem partners on roadmap definition, collaborated with different departments starting from project kickoff, design development, product delivery, sustaining to EOL.
