IVR trained recovery operative 1,2,3,13,16,18&25Contraflow recovery recovering vehicles within the free recovery area to a place of safety

• Performing recoveries in a wide range of environments and situations using own initiative and towing large articulated vehicles on a daily basis
• Ability to identify vehicle faults mechanical or electrical (HGV/car) and occasionally repair at scene
• Operating under-lift and winch equipment safely and effectively
• Light recovery on a day to day basis when required
• Recovering vehicles on behalf of Thames Valley Police (RTA, SOCO, Sec165)

• Main role diagnostic and repair at the roadside, recover if necessary
• Part of the site fleet maintenance team to ensure all vehicles are road legal
• Assist the training of new recruits into the industry to ensure they are able to perform tasks both at roadside and in the yard in a safe professional manner
• Other duties as previously stated in last position

• Entrusted to manage own delivery work schedule
• Liaising with customers and dealing with complaints
• Organise drivers daily delivery routes
• Handling high value goods and money
