I am an extremely motivated and experienced process lead operator highly competent in the general operations of a manufacturing environment. With a total of 11 years within the refractory industry,I am highly skilled in the areas of general operations production and quality control. I also have extensive knowledge in the areas of continuous improvement and project management gained throughout my career. During my role in operations I have contributed positively to the routine running of the plant and have led improvement projects resulting in a more agile way of working.
