I am a Human Resources executive , with over 16 years of experience in training and development, recruitment consulting, and HR management. I hold ITIL V3, TTT, and coaching certifications, as well as a professional postgraduate diploma in human resources management from the American University in Cairo.My mission is to empower professionals from various functional and behavioral domains with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's strategic goals, vision, and values. I design and deliver effective and innovative curricula and training programs, using multiple learning tools and platforms, from traditional classroom training to online and digital learning.
