Promotion and development of a Regional Active Travel Network, the SEStran Strategic Network, a strategic vision for a connected network of active travel routes for all users across South East Scotland. Since 2018 the network has gained over £600k funding towards development and implementation.Coordinating GO e-Bike, a regional e-bike project, with 6 community based initiatives across the region supporting decarbonizing of fleet, health led interventions, community lending, and tourist based hires.Supporting the operation of Forth Bike and GO e-Bike on street bike share systems, with over 150 e-bikes across 5 local authorities. Promoting the use and wide ranging benefits of e-bikes to business, education, and logistics settings alongside a range of local and community partners. Since 2018 the project has secured over £300k funding with further opportunities being sought with local partners.

Tandem Cycle Project West LothianAn engagement project within schools and youth groups in West Lothian focused around bicycle mechanics and safe riding skills.

•Engage with young people across the community to provide support, advice, guidance and inspiration towards working•Deliver sessions to young people interested in programmes and support their journey forward•Support young people through application and fundraising for International Citizen Scheme overseas programme•Promote the work of the Trust through events to fundraisers and Scottish Government policy makers•Achieve weekly targets for meaningful engagements, appropriate signposting, and tracking of all young people met•Actively involved with the planning, development and delivery of new S.T.E.M programmes in Glasgow•Monitoring levels of engagement of clients and reporting nationally on a regular basis•Promote programmes for clients progression and signposting on to relevant additional services
