I am the General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of Great Gray Trust Company. Before joining Great Gray, I was NDVR’s General Counsel, CAO, and CCO. At NDVR, I was responsible for core business operations, including the legal, compliance, finance, human resources, information security, and tech infrastructure functions. Previously I was SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and corporate Secretary at Fidelity Investments. I led a legal team that supported many of Fidelity’s core functions globally, including business development, compensation and benefits, corporate governance, finance, innovation, private investing (private equity and venture capital), and real estate. The businesses we advised extended beyond core financial services to biotech, data centers, edtech, energy exploration and development, fintech, and SaaS companies, among others.In government relations and regulatory affairs, I founded and led Fidelity’s systemic risk working group as well as the firm’s successful engagements at the state, federal, and international levels on policy priorities in asset management, banking, brokerage, executive compensation, and financial stability.
