Developed and implemented an agency-wide disaster preparedness and response program. Included development of protocols, training curricula, practice and drill schedules, and monitoring.

Developed the agency's first corporate compliance plan from the ground up, including all policies and procedures, and comprehensive audit and monitoring processes.
