Design, support and ensure implementation of global freight strategy including-global transportation of all modes-customs-inbound-cold chain operation

Leading and developing regional and local distribution and transportation strategy in European perimeter including; - developing the design of the most optimal and streamlined distribution network and operation- optimizing and improving collaboration with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)- leading global logistics projects- improving operational excellence

Responsibility for product distribution to CEE&CIS regions, including: - Transportation (road&air transport from DC and plants, planning, improving cooperation with freight forwarders, designing the most optimal transport solutions) - Customer service (external and internal customer care, order,-invoice and complaint management) - Customs clearance activity - Stock management and allocations,- enabling smooth product flow and master data maintenance - VAS (repackaging planning) - Project support

- Managing domestic distribution department ( transport planning, dispatching, administration, customer service, and invoicing teams )- Active Customer management, seeking for most optimal logistics solution together with Clients- Managing subcontractor fleet ( cost management, constant fulfillment evaluation )- Managing domestic subdepo structure ( 7 locations in Hungary )- Implementing new processes regarding cost reduction, quality and efficiency- Traning employees and subcontractors

• Managing national transport department ( shifts, holiday, substitution, recruitment and backup )• Managing subcontractors ( evaluating fulfillment, providing feedback continously )• Chasing and choosing new subcontractors and preparing the contract with them• Implementing new processes regarding cost reduction, quality and efficiency• Traning employees and subcontractors• Participating in claim processes• Providing constant cost control, checking invoices and fulfillment of subcontractors
