Peter was responsible for managing a team of 60 employees, comprising four operational managers, project managers, asset and maintenance engineers and planners, electricians, carpenters, GIS technical officers, cleaners, consultants, contractors and administration staff. He was also accountable for an annual capital budget of $41 million and operational budget of $6 million.Implemented Asset Management Plans for all of Council’s assets together with a new approach to their Capital Project Framework and associated Governance. This initiative addressed all Council’s project governance issues as well as the long term financial forecast, asset custodianship, project prioritization, capital project lifecycle planning and gave a clear and transparent decision making process for the Regional Council
