Starting my career in engineering on site and worked up the route of site management and project delivery.I have worked on new build from load bearing masonry through steel and concrete framed buildings. Experienced listed building and retained facade projects.My work with Wates has taken me through public and private sector construction and spent the last 10 years on retail new build and fit out for direct retailers and developers and the last 8 months re introducing the office interior works to my portfolio.My role is the pre construction support for the bid team and bid leader on bids in this work stream. I also work on the production of the bid submission documents.
