Delivery Head for India west based out of Mumbai. Managed Delivery for all the Accounts in India West, Manage and provided support for Managed Infra & Security Services (NOC& SOC) teams in India West.  Managing all phases of Project Development to ensure C-SAT, project continuity and internal consistency Reviewing Governance Models for all the projects in India West. Responsible for the P/L of the West Region accounts. Client and Vendor Management and ensuring compliance requirements. Regular Project Reviews with the Customer and Circle Project Team to align Customer expectation, own Gaps and Monitor Progress. Supervises and coordinates professional, technical, and non-technical staff by establishing performance measures, goals, objectives and priorities, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring assigned projects/tasks are completed accurately and by the specified due date. Prepares regular progress, project status and problem resolution reports regarding status of telecommunications construction plans, evaluates overall and individual work performance to determine effectiveness in providing quality products within time and cost restraints. Provide periodic resource Utilization plan and maximize utilization of resources for revenue recognition. Provide the rolling guidance and revenue forecast for all the individual accounts on the current revenues and projections of new revenues every quarter from the existing accounts.  Building of teams in India West for Projects & Leadership. To provide the Leadership connect to the sales team to acquire Large Enterprise Strategic Accounts for the organization and establish happiest minds value propositions in those accounts.  To provide technology insight and Happiest Minds technology offerings & approach on technologies niche area MDM, GRC, IDAM, Big Data, Cyber Security, App and Infra to our clients.

@Allied Digital- Positional Key Responsibility Area’s: Heading the entire delivery function for global clients aligned to Business Plan.
