En binnen 4 jaar werden er nieuwe (corrigeer)technieken geïntroduceerd met baanbrekende inzichten op matrijsconstructies als gevolg.This dieshop was split up in three sections: dieshop, die-casting -storage and toolshop. At my taking office as a manager of this dieshop, there was a very outdated insight on correction technique.By introducing a new style of management (people management) and directly take a firm grip on production (also extrusion) and administration process, 50% of all problems were solved within one year. And within four years new correction techniques were introduced with groundbreaking insights on die-constructions (on 800 and 900 mm die's) as a result of all this.
