I'm currently responsible for several diverse tools sets:• KLA-Tencor Archer 10, 100, 500 & 600 Overlay Metrology Systems.• FEI Dual Beam FIB/SEM microscopy systems• FEI Tecnai and Osiris CDSTEM• FSI Polaris 2500 Microlithography ClusterManagement of maintenance program to ensure availability targets are met. Meeting, planning with on-site engineering support personnel to direct them in responsibilities and escalate through support chain when necessary. Monitoring yield/scrap events and overseeing investigation\reporting (8D) of root cause; implementation of engineering improvements. Ensure EHS Metrics are met: LOTO Reviews, Risk Assessments, Installations, Housekeeping. Audit Compliance: ISO’s and Internal quality audits. Weekly Gemba walk. Cleanroom walk to talk with operators/techs on toolsets.

Nine years with the Equipment Support Group as an Equipment Engineer; including a secondment for a year as a Process Engineer to the Photolithography Sustaining Team.Lead Engineer on several dozen manufacturing tool installation projects.Comprehensive understanding and experience of Fluid, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering systems.Site expert on Photolithographic coat/develop toolsets.
