Tong engineering is Machinery Manufacturer OEM Producing and supplying machine to around the world. my role with the company is to;· Working nationally and internationally as required.· Provided remote assistance via laptop and/or phone/skype VNC or VPN to customers and colleagues with Tong Manufactured equipment.· Design Control system to customer requirements.· Produce Electrical Schematics for Manufacture Of Control Panels.· Produce PLC and HMI Software for the designed Control System.· Factory or site test and commissioning.· Integration of control systems from multiple machines to ensure correct and safe operation of automated processing lines.· Look at New Control Products to further develop Tong machinery.· Product development From a software Perspective.

Dave Cook engineering is sole UK agent for Dutch companies Bercomex, Robotag and Terra International and my role with the company is to;· Working nationally and internationally as required.· Provided remote assistance via laptop and/or phone/skype vnc-tight to customers and colleagues with complex automated flower Vision Based grading processing equipment.· Design install and commission machines and or control systems to customer requirements.· Carry out R+D to explore and create solutions for parts of the processes within the cut flower industry that are labour intensive or inefficient.· Electrical, mechanical and software Fault finding of large variety of machinery mainly based around the cut flower and growing industry.· Installation and commissioning of automated grading systems and automated sleeving machines· Integration of control systems from multiple machines to ensure correct and safe operation of automated processing lines.

Responsible for carrying out design, installation and commissioning of electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial buildings.Responsible for carrying out design, construction, installation and commissioning of control panels.Fault finding and rectification of control systems in a variety of industries.Coaching and training of apprentices and colleagues.

But also applying these skills to waste compactors, fast acting doors and other various equipment.
