I was originally hired to provide a refrigeration, HVAC presence to a commercial & institutional kitchen sales and service company. I rapidly gained experience and confidence and became the lead technician as well as expanding my service repertoire.I also provide a service management function. I improve processes, develop efficiencies in managing service technicians. I supervise our dedicated subcontractor team that executes our exhaust/mua projects and complete the final commissioning. I engage in technical sales and consult in design with a view to NFPA 96 considerations and r/hvac as it pertains to the institutional and commercial kitchen business.I liase with general contractors, architects, engineers, and manufacturers, and assisted in the planning and completion of larger scale projects with an eye to timely completion and budgetary compliance.I participate in project handover, training customers in the use and care of their equipment and set up scheduled service plans. I address warranty issues, communicate with technical departments and write reports.I am the lead in any communication with TSSA and guide Maxum through the audit process as required. I have been the designated safety officer, and have provided WHMIS training to all employees.

The KCTAC is a volunteer organization tasked by the City of Kitchener to oversee implementation of the city's Cycling Master Plan and the Trails & Multi-use Pathways Master Plan.I provided infrastructure and design guidance to city staff, and city council. I was the principal author of the city's comprehensive review of bylaws as regards cycling, safety and motorist-cyclist interaction.I regularly presented to city council and the mayor. I speak to other organizations and entities with respect to practical cycling, infrastructure and safety. Along with other members I ensured compliance with relevant traffic standards and OTM manuals.
