I work to lead and execute the full delivery of the Cogito product to our clients through planning, implementation, and adoption, working with both our customer project teams and by coordinating across our functional teams here at Cogito. During my tenure at Cogito, I have been the lead manager on our two largest enterprise clients, accounting for upwards of 75% of the company revenue streams and ensuring continued operations of our growing company.I work as both the client point-of-contact for our ongoing projects as well as an internal point-on-contact for our sales, leadership, engineering, and operations as an advocate for our customers. I guide development, best practices, and process improvements to better our product, our processes, and ultimately, the long-term relationship with our customers.
