Worldwide sales responsibility for the FLIR fire fighting camera (TIC) product line. Expand and maintain a distribution network with firefighting equipment specialists. Work closely with product management team to strengthen product portfolio. Interact with marketing to increase brand and product awareness in the firefighting equipment market. Manage a dedicated team of business development managers which operate out of the regional FLIR offices in EMEA, the Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Established sales & distribution channel for the new FLIR thermal imaging cameras for firefighting in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Manage and support distributors on a day-to-day basis throughout the region. Within 2 years successfully achieved market leadership with the new K-Series in several countries, including Germany, France, Switzerland, Netherlands and Sweden.

Business development responsibility for the FLIR Personal Vision Systems (PVS) product line for outdoor and hunting. Successfully set up active distribution network for the FLIR Scout series in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Developing and maintaining a sales network for dedicated automotive thermal imaging modules to the transportation market segment, through OEMs and aftermarket distributors. Target markets include: trucks, trains, busses, emergency vehicles, firefighting vehicles, military vehicles manufacturers, automotive aftermarket distributors and installation companies. Region: EMEA and India.

In charge of the sales and distribution activities of automotive air filters and air intake systems in the Benelux, Nordic- and Germanic countries, and parts of Eastern Europe.

Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) branch of the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs. Acquisition of US companies, which plan to set up operations in Europe. Provide guidance and in-dept information (taxation, labor, logistics, infrastructure, education) about establishing a facility in the Netherlands. Located in the Chicago office, covering Midwestern USA.
