- Technical leadership, execution and digital technology delivery.- Help bridge the gap between Product team, UX Design team and Architecture/Detail Design.- Manage and lead the Product teams- Product management reporting to convey overall product performance to the businesses and deliver results- Liaise with the product teams to enhance and improve product capabilities- Work across all functions to achieve required product or programme deliverables- Manage internal and external stakeholders- Provide leadership and vision while inspiring and guiding the product team- Works across global team to ensure delivery meets global/business standards- Provides coaching and leadership in digital best practices, automated test strategies and work towards building developer efficiencies, reducing the cost of delivery- Build digital capability and delivery model that will ensure rapid development ensuring reusability across various channels and systems- Standardize technology and design to improve consistency and reusability, dramatically improving cost and quality of delivery
