Served multiple supervisory and managerial roles over the last 18 years.Currently serve in a senior position reporting directly to the Chief Client Administration Officer.Work effectively with firm management committees primarily responsible for new business intake, alternative fee management and regulatory compliance.Lead a large group of managers and staff in various areas, including, new business intake, engagement letter management, billing rate/alternative fee arrangements, client compliance and AML/KYC/Sanctions.Develop and maintain policies and procedures, oversee workflow and actively work to ensure efficiency and maintain timely and accurate results.Collaborate with business systems and information management groups to enhance tools and automate business controls and reporting capabilities.Leading role in the on-going development of data capture associated with new business intake-related workflow applications.Responsible for billing rate management and annual billing rate review and implementation initiative.Liaise with partners, clients and internal teams to ensure billing agreements are negotiated in a satisfactory manner.Actively monitor realization associated with alternative fee arrangements and strategize to ensure sustained profitability.Regularly contribute to formulation of alternative fee arrangements and request for proposals processes.Oversee client audits and volume discount reconciliations.Member of the department’s strategic initiative committee. Past projects include the successful transition to a multi-currency billing system, development of an online conflicts application, accounting system upgrades/enhancements and various training initiatives.Organize and lead technical and soft skill training initiatives.
