My first passion for imported motorcycles took me into the world of mechanics. I have both worked on and raced motorcycles and today, I buy and sell and of course fix bikes. Additionally, I run a small handyman business where I work on many different types of projects from small engine repair, small carpentry jobs, painting, and more. My second passion, of course, is food and wine. I have spent most of my career in the food industry in varying roles from waiter, host, manager, and trainer. I have been with Toscano Restaurant in Beacon Hill for over 10 years. In addition to being the Senior Waiter, I also run their training program for all onboarding of new staff. I enjoy working with my customer base who have come to rely on me for a full fine dining experience built on my extensive knowledge of food, wine, and hospitality. I am proud of the service I offer our clientele and also I am proud of my high sales numbers which have kept me successfully employed. I am a stickler for high-quality job performance and customer service whether it be working on a power tool or machinery or serving an exclusive dinner to restaurant guests, I pride myself on my work ethic and follow-through.
