I have served as an officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) since 1998 and currently work at North Vancouver Detachment, within the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), sə̓lílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations. I work on building inclusive partnerships and collaborating closely in those relationships to provide police services to a diverse community. I aim to come up with creative, innovative, and data-driven solutions to tackle complex public safety challenges. I lead by setting a good example, with integrity and a dedication to always getting better. I’m committed to building a workplace free of harassment, one that not only respects and supports diverse groups but also celebrates diversity, promotes fairness, and values input from a wide range of perspectives and experiences.
