I am a professional engineer with over 30 years' experience in the oil & gas and energy transition industry. I excel at conceptual cost estimating consulting, planning complex development projects, aligning stakeholders and managing multi-discipline engineering activities. I bring deep expertise to the early stages of feasibility and concept selection, specialising in identifying key project drivers and risks, identifying options, finding business fit and bringing clarity to key development and investment decisions. My experience includes offshore and onshore projects covering: · Complex oil and gas projects, LNG, decarbonisation, CCUS, hydrogen, ammonia, eSAF, wind, solar; · Field development planning & option screening; · Economic analysis and financial model building; · CAPEX (Greenfield and brownfield), OPEX, DRILLEX, DECOMMEX · Total Cost of Ownership Class 4 and 5 cost estimating; · Decision support risk analysis and scenario planning; · Due diligence for M&A and investment; · In-house software development. I am corporate SME for cost estimating and development engineering, I have developed the Genesis consultancy nimble execution study processes and tools and I am responsible for the cost assurance of Genesis consultancy projects. I also provide field development planning and cost estimating consultancy and support services to Genesis offices and projects worldwide. I have led the digital transformation of the Genesis field development and cost estimating software, ADEPT, for over 20 years including GUI development, DEVOPS, equipment sizing, bulks quantification and cost database development. Most recently I have led the transformation process for The Energy Transition.
