In this challenging year it has been very moving to be leading a very motivated and talented group of Designers Engineers and Sales staff. This is together with a very strong, experienced and able team of workshop staff who convert the orders into product. We are very fortunate to have been in the lighting industry for a long time enjoying a loyal customer base and supplying a broad range of products. Though many believe that when lockdown ends business will become much easier, we have our reservations! Fortunately for us there will always be a strong requirement for good engineering solutions. That is where our reputation has been built with our heads down engaging in hard work taking on many tasks that others sense as mundane. We are fully aware though, that we are only as good as our last job. Fortunately for us we dont think that has arrived yet :-) Though things have been tough and at times challenging. We are sure of one thing and that is that we are exiting this COVID challenge fitter and stronger than we entered. Can we thank both suppliers and customers for their support right through this

Two years in a training school learning to file a test piece to half a thou,It took ages. This is where I learnt that big machines had even bigger teeth.Listened carefully to all the MOD assurances that job reductions would be resolved through natural wastage and realized that that would mean no promotion. Thank you MOD for a solid training. Left two weeks after completing my time to learn about the commercial world.
