Expressing my creative ability, I produce various designs to go on garments corresponding to the collection at hand. Including the company logo design, I contribute to the visuals on all the channels the brand operates on (desktop and mobile), as well as towards its social media marketing. From a more business perspective, I contribute with the Founder on our collaborative efforts with our suppliers and customer service.

Picking and packing all types of products for stores and e-commerce orders as well as handling and rectifying returns. Utilising my skills to train fellow employees of the job in order to meet the target rates needed to be achieved.

Maintaining high efficiency and accuracy by applying data entry and proof reading skills to produce the best customer service and compose, print as well as send out construction licenses through postal services in a 2-3 day turnover.

Handling customers in an effective manner whilst operating the shop's PoS system to produce a swift transaction and make a positive impact on the customer's journey. Assisting in stock replenishment and promotions of products within the store to drive sales.
