Including maintenance of used Web Logic server, unix scripting, sqlApplication HP Service Desk: developing of new functionality, configuring, integrating with other systems and designing new solutions. (java, sql)Monitoring: responsible for smart and meaning full monitoring of all systems and applications used by CRM Operation team. Designing what to monitor, which severity to use, which alarms etc. Used monitoring tool is HP Open View Operation and Nagios.3rd level support: Solving trouble tickets – correcting customers data, proceeding hanged activations, detecting software bugs...Oracle: maintaining replication, using sql/plsql to solve issuesMobile Number Portability (MNP): responsible for smooth running of the whole process. Proactively identify and solve issues, either technical or process one. Deploy and maintain MNP GW, MNP Desk, 2nd/3rd level support.

Implementing Service Desk to customers. Maintenance and support for customers. Communication with HP support. Developing of customized solutions in JSP, SQL.Daily responsibilities include communication with HP support, checking Service Desk Forum for news. Also analyzing, designing, developing and documenting solutions for customers.Plus administration of Oracle databases.

Developing applications in C++, or SQL. Main time on project for Ministry of work and social things Slovakia.Daily responsibilities include checking for changes needed to be implemented and develop new functionality in C++ and SQL.

Maintenance and support.Daily responsibilities include maintenance to HP Operations and HP Node Manager.

(Part time job)Developing applications in C++ or C under MicroStation, or SQL.Daily responsibilities include programming of new functionality to the new version of developed application in C/C++. Administration of application database in Access and Oracle.
