- Providing international accounting service to clients from all around the world- Preparing VAT, ESL declerations according to local regulations- Executing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as data entry, reconciling General Ledger accounts and preparing accounting reports- Drafting month-end closures and compiling the corresponding reports- Checking balances of all cost and revenue accounts, noting any discrepancies or inconsistencies- Processing AP invoice payments- Preparing payroll journal entry mapping and reconciling with bank and cash flow Communicating with clients from all over the world and providing ad-hoc support/advice on accounting and VAT requirements in the Netherlands and other European countries Proceeding month-end, quarterly and year-end close- Preparing annual financial statements for filing

- Participation in migration project of German payroll operation in Bangkok- Responsible to review what the inputter and other teams have inputted in the system andaudit with automatically triggered control reports- Responsible to run control reports to ensure the correctness of German payroll data- Responsible for the preparation of EFT bank file before sending to Bank of America- Provide industrial and statistical reports to German payroll incountry team and the GermanGovernment

- Responsible for all account payables related to US inland crude, clean and chemicalproduct movements- Review and analyze invoices and respond to 3rd party requests- Verifying the charges of 3rd parties against the commercial contracts- Negotiating with invoice issuer companies in case of invoicing mistakes- Allocating and booking rental and miscellanious costs- Calculating and booking demurrage costs- Reconcile the payables between the booking system (OFR) and SAP
