Established Sydney Building Projects in 1994. Since then we have carried out numerous projects for Defence, Hospitals, Universities, Schools, Shopping Centres and Shopping Chains ranging from reactive maintenance to project values in the order of $3,000,000. The works range from - office fitout; such as the $2.9M base building and office fitout of level 5 of the Museum of Contemporary Art through; - laboratory, classroom and lecture theatre upgrades for Universities of Sydney, Western Sydney, NSW and Macquarie, - complex heritage refurbishments such as the $2.5M renovation of Brush Farm House for City of Ryde, - shopping centre alterations for Southgate and Marketplace shopping centres and alterations and upgrades for Aldi- green building services upgrade such as the Defence training centre Building 111 Victoria Barracks to - numerous hospital facilities such as the Bone Marrow Transplant Laboratory and Sub Acute section of Emergency in Westmead Hospital and the Long Bay Prison Secure Annexe in Prince of Wales Hospital.
