Peter is a chartered member of IOSH who was awarded a Masters in Occupational Health and Safety Management at Brunel University in 2005. He currently provides CDM, fire, health and safety advice to SHW and a wide range of clients. To date Peter has undertaken fire risk assessments in offices and shops; places of education ranging from Nurseries and Children’s Centres to Primary Schools and Secondary Schools; HMOs, sheltered housing, purpose built blocks of flats; places of worship; etc. Peter has given fire advice to many projects including those that require specialist fire engineered solutions. He has provided extensive fire, health and safety training to more than 1,800 delegates including:- Fire Safety Awareness training- Fire Warden training- Evacuation Chair training- Fire Risk Assessor training- Manual Handling training- Risk Assessment training- Health and Safety Law trainingOther areas that Peter has experience in include:- The installation of Safety Management Systems (SMS)- Conducting health and safety audits/inspections- CDMC (Construction Design Management Coordinator) services for new builds and refurb works alike- Computer workstation assessments- Manual handling task assessments- Safe use of chemicals assessments- Providing advice on workplace and welfare requirements
