I currently work as an instructor at True Bikram Yoga in New Haven, CT. I also manage their juice bar that we operate out of in Madison, CT. I started my position as a volunteer work-trade in 2014, then progressed the following year into being a front desk and administrative assistant, and eventually a teacher in 2018. I'm very passionate about wellness and the community I've been fortunate to be a part of during my time working here.
