As Operations Manager of a satellite site which is incorporated within the Broxap portfolio of products we are the manufacturing and installation division of shade sail and tensile canopies. Keep it Kool manufacture all of our steel frames canopies which has a tensile membrane either it being waterproof architectural PVC membrane or it being a knitted shade cloth "non waterproof product" My daily tasks are to oversee the manufacturing process of the steel frame work and the membrane cutting and welding process. Manage the daily running of our Office and help office staff where needed. Handling Technical/sales calls, operating system problems and general day to day IT issues. Relay any delays to fabrication to our head office, Project managers, installation coordinators, giving valid reasons for the delay either being late/missed delivered quantity, quality issues.Report to senior management any changes to our installation program that will implicate monthly schedule.Make arrangement for travel and hotels. liaise with Keep it Kool installation teams and sub contractor installers. coordinate deliveries of materials, skips, concrete, equipment and plant direct to site.Monitor performance of sub-ordinates carrying out annual appraisals to ensure quality and health and safety standards are maintained.

Keep it Kool shade sails Limited is a tension structure provider to the education sector. Keep it Kool primary product was a fully engineered shade sail tension structure which was marketed to school to provide outdoor classrooms and extend the canteen area. In 2008 Keep it Kool extended their product range by developing its own range of waterproof tension structure. With both none waterproof Shade sail tension structures and Waterproof tension structure made up of standard and linear edge parasols and Gazebo structure. Keep it Kool or Keep it Group was soon becoming a market leader providing a high specification tension structure and making if affordable for school to extend the classroom to the outside and also bring fun back to the normal school day. Within my role I was overseeing the day to day running of the busy office in Northampton. My main tasks were dealing with customer services, sales and technical call. Maintaining installation schedules and deadlines and dealing with trade account. I also had to make sure stock levels were always replenished. My key role was to make sure installation were booked in customer are fully aware of our installation procedure. Also making sure the correct paperwork was raised Risk assessments and method statements were raised in advance of the installation. In my role as Installation Manager I had many dealings with construction companies such as Willmott Dixon, Mansells Construction, Boras Construction and Keir Group to name just and hand full..
