Siemens were the prime contractors & integrators for the Burton (Arcadia) group. I managed the solution delivery of a consortium of 4 companies to replace the existing EPOS and BackOffice systems across all divisions. Devised Testing, integration and implementation strategies, and built E2E test environments. There were 12 Siemens staff and in excess of 70 in the consortium companies

Managed 28 staff covering Service Desk, 2nd and 3rd level support incl management of external 3rd party suppliers, EPOS, and Back Office technologies. (Was the Problem Manager for the introduction of Clubcard). Implemented changes to working practices to ITIL standards & restructured the dept. Recruited staff from within the stores for the Service Desk.
