Deploying contract management with the objective to support profitable delivery in managing proactively our contracts by influencing the client account strategy to enhance commercial performance of our contracts, including:Supporting establishment of contract management procedures, tools and methodologies to implement the contract in accordance with its terms. Assist /advise on identifying areas where the contract can be exploited to improve cash flow and leverage our commercial levers by working closely with account team. Be the first point of contact of the delivery and account team for contractual matters and be in charge of the direct follow up of the contract / legal aspects associated with relevant customer contract/s in coordination with the Legal Counsel(s). Collaboration with the delivery teams in scope/gap analysis, project governance, management of change requests, management of subcontractors, monitor of the acceptance procedures, contract interpretation, etc.Ensure that all contract changes (e.g. addendum) are recorded in correct format, and that the performance of the contractual obligations is properly tracked and documented.Participation in negotiations and meetings with the customer. Identification, assessment and management of risk-related areas in the contract execution and support rigorous and effective risk management processes. Advice on issues of interpretation and assist in any disputes / claims resolution process. Participate in the review of, and subsequent transmittal of approved proposals or service orders to customers. Proactively advising and collaborating with business team and delivery managers as well as other team members in the contract execution, and management of the daily contractual relationship with the customer in a way that protects the company’s interests.

The Clean Fuels Project is a project undertaken by Kuwait National Petroleum Company’s (KNPC) Clean Fuels Project (CFP) involves the upgrade and integration of the Mina Abdulla (MAB) and Mina Al Ahmadi (MAA) refineries. The project will increase the combined capacity of the refineries from the existing 736,000 barrels per day to 800,000 barrels per day, and will lower the sulphur content of petroleum products to 5%. MAB refinery is located 60km south of Kuwait City, while MAA refinery is located 45km south of Kuwait City. Kentech were subcontracted by FDH JV for the execution of E&I activities in area 2. The E&I scope of works undertaken by Kentech surpassed 7 million manhours without an LTI.

Sakhalin, Russia

Regional operational support for all Kentech projects located within the Sakhalin Region of Far East Russia. Contracts/Projects included Detailed Design & Engineering, Construction (Greenfield and Brownfield), Maintenance Services, Procurement Services, Manpower Supply, Commissioning, Shutdown & Turnarounds and a number of EPC projects all part of the Oil and Gas Sector. Primary Clients include Exxon Neftegas Limited, Sakhalin Energy Investment Company, and Fluor Daniel Eurasia.

Chayvo Opf, Sakhalin Island, Far East Russia - Exxon Mobil

Construction Management for all KSTS construction activities in Chayvo OPF. HSE management, organisation and implementation of on site HSE programes. Compilation of EPC packages. Proposals/tender review & compilation for projects on and off site. Cost estimation for both construction and design. Engineering design (design calculations & Auto CAD dwg. production) for electrical & Instrumentation systems. Planning, monitoring and completion of project milestones in accordance with the project programme. Providing weekly statistical reports of manpower, percentage installed, plant installed and forecasting for integration into the overall planning schedules. Planning & organisation of DFO (Delivery for Operations) documentation and QAQC auditing. Liaison with Client Engineers & Management Teams.

Chayvo Opf, Sakhalin Island, Far East, Russia - Exxon Mobil

Yuzhno, Sakhalin Island, Far East Russia - Baker Hughes Facility

Planning, supervision and monitoring of all project installations, all disciplines. Completion of project milestones in accordance with the project programme. Review of relevant project and regional specifications & regulations. Review of contractor/vendor documentation submittals. Monitoring of all aspects of Site Safety, including tool box talks. Planning & organisation of DFO (Delivery for Operations) documentation. Liaison with Client Engineers & Management Teams

Installation of electrical & Instrument cables, trays/raceways, conduit/containment systems and electrical fit-outs. Installation of Fire & Gas systems. Instrumentation termination of MJB, Field JB’s, field mounted instruments and cold loop (point to point check) testing. Installation of Heat Trace Systems. Termination of switch gear in MCC Rooms. Control wiring and trouble shooting. Charge hand electrician in Pfizer Don Laoghaire the role involved the running of a small crew (6 men) and the installation of Fire & Gas detection systems in two new facility buildings.
