In this role I was responsible for the preparation of assorted baked and fried goods including poultry and pies. I was also responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the salad bar and deli counters. I would also prepare and package our freshly made pizzas.All of this entailed the use of industrial cooking equipment. I was also awarded my Food Hygiene level 3 certificate in this role.
