The prime responsibility of this role is day-to-day support and administration of SuccessFactors LMS Globally, plus any other associated e-Learning Platforms used by Freeport-McMoRan.This position works closely with content owners and HR leaders to plan, organize, manage, and support assignments of learning content and events consisting of e-learning, and instructor-led sessions, and any associated supporting assets.The Learning administrator will be responsible for creation and extraction of LMS operational reports as required by content owners and HR colleagues.Collaborate with content owners to create, manage, and maintain courses, curriculums, program, classes, assignments, profiles, groups, course metadata, and all other LMS data for corporate training.Administer LMS content, users, and internal system notifications.Ensure all digital content is uploaded, reportable and available in a timely manner for colleagues to access.Train users on basic system functionalities. Creates and updates resources to train and support learners on how to use our LMS platform.Work closely with instructors and HR leaders to update existing content as needed.Provide recommendations on future improvements to content management, workflow processes, and user adoption. Develop ideas for automation of processes to reduce manual tasks.Provides reports/queries/metrics as requested from Learning Management System(s) for compliance and supports miscellaneous requests in collaboration with HRIS and HR Analytics teams
