Redeployment as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. I began offering my support to the Social Isolation Team which provided over-the-phone mental health relief and befriending service to Maidstone Borough residents. In December, I was asked to return to the Hub as part of the Co-Ordination team. Main responsibilities involved identifying the needs of shielding residents and quickly working with community groups and volunteers to source emergency food, fuel and poverty relief and helping the community partners with applications to secure Winter Grant funding and Covid vaccination appointments to continue their amazing work. As of April 2021, I helped over 100 individual cases and their families. Strong communication skills, team work and emotional intelligence have been integral to this role.

Consistently delivering exemplary customer service and information to visitors while fulfilling and exceeding expectations at each stage of the customer journey. Also includes the set-up and delivery of events and the creation and management of social media content.In this time, I have delivered my own events, supported the management of the museum's volunteers and worked to gain a greater understanding of tourism in the area by researching and designing a leaflet that highlights areas in Maidstone that relate to the life and works of Charles Dickens.Over the 2020 Lockdown, I used my initiative to bring the museum's story online and managed and created regular, varied content that also included a digital escape room. I also worked as part of a small team on a project to successfully apply for ACE funding to create a series of short films detailing the history of the museum. My role was editor of the script, sourcing images and appearing in the films. These films are now available to watch on YouTube.
