1.Contribute design engineering capability and collaborate with internal team as well as different cross functional departments globally;2. Define plans, monitor progress and report to management on technical risks.3. Responsible to check and sign off the engineering deliverables, including technicalreports, change management, engineering CAD and drawings, etc;4. 1. (70%) Generate designs for new coffee machines, based on the requirements collected from Business development team and customer side, from concept phase to Conversion, then Realization, all the way to mass production, including 3D and 2D drafting, and prototyping, certification, piolet run, etc. Also, will include discussions with Germany, Spain, or Sweden teams, or Third party design company to generate more robust design.2. (10%) Introduce new type of coffee machines from overseas to China, and customize per local customer's preferences.3. (5%) Handle ECRs from production about Automatic or Semi-Automatic coffee machines, provide solutions, and issue ECN to close them.4. (5%) Build Crem standards and templates for drafting with R&D manager and standardize parts for different production lines (China, Spain, and Germany, Sweden).5. (5%) Create and optimize Crem's painting, silkscreen and other surface treatments standards.6. (5%) Help to create and maintain Crem's material database and standard parts library.

1. (50%) Develop new Kodak CTP products and core components or upgrade current products according to market needs, and generate 3D models and 2D drawings for prototyping. 2. (5%) Participate meetings with Canada design centre to interact project development, and further plans.3. (15%) Coordinate with product engineer and project manager to assemble and test prototype machines to verify designs.4. (10%) Coordinate with product engineer to create SOP and introduce verified design to mass production..5. (10%) Handle IRTs and ECRs, investigate root causes and provide solutions to service team or production line.6. (10%) Provide Cost Down solutions for different production lines including simplifying structure design, selection of new materials, and coordinate with sourcing to develop new suppliers.
