- Adding of new Customer orders in the ERP system - Informing customers by phone or email if the orders which are due to be delivered can be delivered in time.- Arrange transport and issue the nessecary transport docs. - Informing the customer about the delivery date of his/her order. - Handling and resolving complaints of customers to their full satisfaction by informing them about the improvements which are being made to avoid these complaints in the future. - Resolve financial disputes to the satisfaction of the customer

- Analysing, updating, and processing load bearers- Inviting and comparing tenders for load bearers

- Administrative processing of goods to be repaired, returned by clients directly or via account managers- Responsible for transport of customer deliveries in collaboration with account and project managers- Monitoring the repair process- Ordering from suppliers

- Planning of deliveries in consultation with the customer- Planning for transportation- Writing and handling letters of credit- Determining, coordinating and issuing corresponding documents

- Checking sales orders for practicability with respect to compliance with international rules and legislation- Planning for transportation- Ordering inspection companies to inspect shipments for specific countries- Checking received letters of credit for practicability- Determining, coordinating and issuing corresponding documents- Preparing customs documents for goods imports and exports- Act as SAP Key-user and therefore responsible for improvements in SAP (S&D) in collaboration with the IT department
