About Peter Duffell

An Executive, leadership and personal coach (since 2014) who previously had 30 years of practical experience in a range of senior leadership positions in the corporate and financial services sectors. Having founded Westwood Coaching in 2014, I now lead a team of 12 Associate Coaches across a number of different sectors and organisations as well as undertaking executive, leadership and personal coaching myself. I am able to work effectively with Senior Executives and regularly support them with business and personal challenges usually in areas such as business transformation and strategy. I understand how difficult business challenges can be , hence when I work in a business context I ensure my coaching work is relevant, insightful and grounded in reality. I achieve similar results when I work on a personal basis.I hold a Masters (with distinction) in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brooks University and am an accredited master Practitioner with the EMCC; an organisation of which I am also a member.
