• Delivery of course material in all levels of seamanship from EDH to Master (Class 1),
• Construction of new course material for these levels,

• Daily management of UK Fish Imports from the Dutch Depot,
• Supervisor / Track daily movements of our sub-contracted transport within the UK,
• Assist with customer sales and their account management,
• Balancing / tracking sales and UK allocated stock management at 6 UK storage sites,
• File & Archive POD’s for each customer for every sales transaction
• Verifying Invoices raised by our sub-contracted transport companies for company sales.

• Implementation of the Company's Safety Management Systems,
• Liaising with vessel masters and crews regarding operational and safety issues
• Conduct regular inspections of marine and safety equipment on vessels to ensure compliance with current legislation.
• Assisting with and carry out accident/incident investigations including root cause analysis.
• Ensuring Company owned and managed vessels were operated in a safe, efficient and economical manner, and in full compliance with Class and Statutory regulations.
• Ensuring that the vessels continued to Clients’ meet standards and criteria clients.
