Have worked in the Naval business for over 20 years. Started as a mechanical designer leading design teams responsible for sonar launch & retrieve systems and towed body development. Later spent several years as a test/service engineer performing product verification, installation, and sea trials of launch & retrieval systems aboard naval vessels. Then moved into project management and successfully managed the design, build, test and installation of several Sonar Handling Systems. In 2012 I took on the role of Product Manager for all Rolls-Royce Naval products in Canada. After 6 years in the role I transitioned to sales and continue to work as bids & proposals manager for the Naval Handling business.
