Pete built his career at Barclays Bank where he worked in the Retail, Corporate and Wealth sectors, and held COO Managing Director positions within the Wealth and Private Banking business units. He subsequently joined a private equity backed financial services business in the capacity of COO where he was responsible for the Group central support functions.Pete subsequently set up his own company undertaking consultancy and interim roles including experience with a challenger bank start-up. He has also taken on a NED position in a sport’s governing body .
